Dust Box Will Not Open

Press the button towards the cover to open your dust box and manually open the cover with your other hand. Then double check that the hinge, spring, and compression seal of your dust box are clean and in order.

Dust Caught in Compression Seal

Switch your home appliance on in Turbo Mode and slide the Compression Slider up and down. This will help trapped dust get sucked away from the seal and into the front of the dust box. Then empty as usual.
