First, remove the nozzle or brush from the tube and check underneath that nothing is clogging it. Then, twist the bristle roller from the side to slide it out, cut any tangled fibers with scissors, and slide the roller back into the floor brush. Twist the cap to lock and secure the roller to the brush.

Check if the MicroClean Sensor is blocked by first removing the dust box from the handheld and cleaning the sensor with a dry cloth. Reattach the dust box after by latching its small hooks towards the handheld and locking it into place.

MicroClean intelligently detects when carpet fibers are being picked up, indicating potential damage to the carpet or rug.

When this occurs, the MicroClean Ring will not turn blue. We recommend using the Delicate Carpet Mode (which will turn off the motor on the brush to protect delicate carpets) on Unlimited 10 vacuums or the Auto Mode on Unlimited 9 vacuums for optimal performance.

If you feel that the performance of your appliance is decreasing, check whether the filter needs to be cleaned – not just the dust box, but the filter itself.

Also make sure that no dirt is trapped in the tube. First, remove the handheld and nozzle and check that the tube is free of dirt.

Press the button on the dust box and try to open the cover manually with your other hand. Then, check to make sure that the hinge of the cover, the spring of the compression slider, and the seal of the cover are free of dirt or dust.

Turn the appliance on and use Turbo Mode while moving the compression slider back and froth a few times. With this method, the dust on the compression seal will be sucked and pushed towards the bottom of the dust box. Empty the dust box as usual once finished.

Access the menu using the three dots icon on the display. Then, use the arrow keys to navigate to the right, pressing until you reach the "Settings" option. Confirm your selection by tapping the check mark. Navigate to the “Language” section and confirm again by tapping the check mark. Select your preferred language using the arrow keys and confirm by tapping the check mark.

Maximum runtime is based on using Eco Mode with the handheld only, without any attachments or the tube. This is comparable to how competitors measure runtime for similar appliances.

When the device is switched on with a specific attachment, the displayed runtime is adjusted accordingly to accommodate the configuration.

The display is on standby mode to save energy when charging the appliance. You can check the charging progress by pressing the menu touch button (3-dot-button). The display will then illuminate again and show the charging progress in %.

Once the Unlimited 10 is fully charged, the device shuts off – to save energy and to protect the battery lifetime.

If pressing the Menu button doesn't wake the Unlimited 10 to show the charge percentage, the appliance is 100% charged and automatically switched off. If the display shows 95% or more, the Unlimited 10 will continue to charge until it is fully charged and automatically switch off as described above.

If you need to use the appliance urgently, you can disconnect it from the power supply before it is fully charged and use it with the indicated runtime.

The Unlimited 10 recognizes different floor types, regardless of the selected cleaning mode. Intelligent sensors are especially sensitive to different types of carpet. Depending on their characteristics, the following parameters are intelligently adjusted:

These adjustments affect the runtime and noise level. They are fine-tuned for an ideal balance of cleaning performance, runtime, and convenient operation on carpets.
