  • To request a return, please click here. Return shipping is free.
  • Once a return request is submitted online, our support team will reach out if additional information is needed for the Return Authorization (RA). Once the RA is issued, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a pick-up date for the products.

Returns within 5 calendar days (open box)

  • Customers have up to 5 calendar days after the delivery to request a return online. The product must be unused & not installed with all parts included. Installed products cannot be returned. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns within 15 calendar days

  • You may request a return online for your appliance within 15 calendar days after the delivery, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging with all parts included. Please make sure to inspect your appliance for damage within the first 5 calendar days. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Damage & Defective

  • Upon delivery, please inspect the products for any obvious transportation damage. Immediately inform the delivery agents if you see any issues. Do not accept a damaged product if you want to return.
  • If the delivery agent has left, you have 5 calendar days from date of delivery to report any damage or defects on your product. A defective product is the one that is inoperable and has no apparent damage. Please call sales support at 1-800-944-2904 for assistance. Any damage occurring after the return period are subject to the warranty on that product.

No Returns after 15 calendar days

  • Returns after the 15 calendar days return period will not be accepted. If your appliance is under warranty, you can call customer service at 1-800-944-2904 to schedule a repair.

Refunds

  • Credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days after the product is received, inspected and the condition of the returned product is verified. Actual time for credit to appear will vary on the type of credit card used, and by the credit card issuer. Delivery and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Countertop Espresso Machines & Related Accessories

The return policy below applies to small appliances, such as Countertop Fully Automatic Espresso Machines and their related accessories bought on Bosch Home website. If your product is experiencing issues, please call Bosch Customer Support at 1-800-701-5231 for troubleshooting advice or to schedule a repair. Warranty information can be found in your owner’s manual and on the Bosch Home Appliances website. You can also call Bosch Customer Support at 1-800-701-5231 for warranty information.

Delivery

Please be sure to inspect your product for delivery damage and defects upon receipt.

Returns Within 30 Calendar Days

  • Return requests for countertop fully automatic espresso machines are permitted within 30 calendar days after the delivery date and return requests after 30 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • If you have received an item as a gift, it is important to have documentation confirming that the item was originally purchased from the Bosch Home Appliances website. If the product was not bought from the Bosch Home Appliances website, please reach out to the seller from whom it was purchased. In such cases, the return policy of the original seller applies.

Damaged & Defective

  • A defective product is one that is inoperable and has no apparent damage. Please do not call customer support to request a return, instead submit the Return Request Form within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

For all other returned Merchandise and accessories related to Countertop Espresso Machines:

You must call BSH/Bosch at 1-800-701-5231 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number no later than sixty (60) days after receipt of the order. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.

Return Process

1. To begin the return process, please complete and submit the Return Request Form within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

2. You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) by email with instructions.

3. A shipping label will be sent to you – the product must be shipped within 10 days after the shipping label was sent to you.

  • Please note, the Return Authorization and shipping label will expire after 10 days.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all materials included.
  • Return shipping is free of charge.

4. Once we receive the product, we’ll inspect and verify it, and a refund will be issued to your credit card. To learn more about credit card refunds, please see the Refunds section below.

Refunds

Credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days after the product is received, inspected and the condition of the returned product is verified. The actual time for the credit to appear will vary depending on the type of credit card used, and by the credit card issuer. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Any defects in materials or workmanship occurring after the 30-calendar day return period is subject to the warranty on that product. Return Policy for Large Appliance Parts & Accessories

The return policy below applies to parts and accessories for large appliances, such as a dishwasher, oven and built-in coffee machine.

Delivery

Please open and inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If your order has been damaged or is incorrect, please call us immediately.

Returns

We hope that you are delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. Please follow these instructions to return items:

To return Merchandise damaged in a shipment or an incorrect order:

You must call BSH/Bosch at 1-800-944-2904 for instructions on how to handle this order no later than ten (10) days after receipt of the order. BSH/Bosch may require the creation of a Return Authorization (RA) to return the Merchandise. In this case, mail the Merchandise to BSH/Bosch with the RA Number written on the package. If an RA Number is not required, dispose of the damaged Merchandise properly. Credit will be issued approximately three (3) days after BSH/Bosch has reviewed and approved the return (credit may not show up on your credit card statement for 1-2 billing cycles).

For all other returned Merchandise:

You must call BSH/Bosch at 1-800-944-2904 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number no later than sixty (60) days after receipt of the order. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused. Credit will be issued approximately three (3) days after BSH/Bosch has reviewed and approved of the return (credit may not show up on your credit card statement for 1-2 billing cycles). BSH/Bosch will not accept the return of electrical parts and components if the packaging is opened and/or not in its original packaging.
