“Fill Tank Symbol” and “Descale Symbol” flash simultaneously

If “Fill Tank Symbol” and “Descale Symbol” flash simultaneously and you are unable to prepare a drink, an error has occurred.

Turn the machine off. Wait 5 minutes and turn the machine back on. If both symbols are still flashing, please contact Bosch Customer Support at 1-800-701-5231 for assistance.
