MicroClean Sensor Not Working

Detach the dust box from the handheld by squeezing the buttons on the side of the canister and make sure that nothing is clogged in the tube of your handheld vacuum. Then use a soft, dry cloth to clean behind and inside the tube.

MicroClean Ring Does Not Turn Blue

Switch your home appliance on in Turbo Mode and slide the Compression Slider up and down. This will help trapped dust get sucked away from the seal and into the front of the dust box. Then empty as usual.
