How do I unblock the nozzle on my vacuum?

Remove the nozzle and check to see if anything is clogged. Then, remove the bristle roller from the nozzle and dispose of any caught fibers or debris.

Why is my vacuum not cleaning as well as it used to?

Double check that the filter is clean. Detach the dust box from the handheld and use the Rotation Clean function to twist the filter inside, loosening excess dust. Then, use the Compression Slider to push out the dirt. For deeper cleaning, remove the filter from the dust box and shake out excess dust and dirt.
