Ordering
You can view and track orders in your MyBosch account – click here to create one. MyBosch account holders also have access to a 20% off promo code, which is only applicable to large appliance parts & accessories. It does not apply to small appliances, such as the countertop espresso machine and its related accessories.
Please call Bosch Customer Support at 1-800-944-2904 to cancel an order. If your order has already been sent to our warehouse, it may not be possible to cancel your order. In that case, you’d follow the return process after you’ve received the order.

Your order cannot be cancelled if it has shipped or is being packaged for shipment.
Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. We will pre-authorize your credit card for the total order amount beforehand. If your order does not ship, your credit card will not be charged.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards only. You can enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Sales tax is charged based on the state the order is shipped to. The sales tax amount is displayed during the checkout process.
When using your credit card for transactions with BSH/Bosch/Thermador/Gaggenau, a temporary authorization hold will be placed on your card. This hold will be in the amount of your purchase, plus an additional $1.
For example, if your transaction total is 50.00, your card will show an authorization hold of $51.00. This is a standard practice to ensure that funds are available for the purchase and will typically be released back to your account within a few business days, depending on your bank's processing policies.
