Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available for large appliance parts & accessories? Example of large appliances: dishwashers, oven, built-in coffee machines.

Standard Shipping

Small Appliances: Signature is required and someone age of 18 or older must be home to accept the delivery.
o Upon delivery, please inspect the products for any damage. Immediately inform the delivery agents if you see any issues.
o Do not accept a damaged product if you want to return it. See our Return Policy for more details.

Expedited Shipping

Ordering

How can I view and track my orders?

You can view and track orders in your MyBosch account – click here to create one. MyBosch account holders also have access to a 20% off promo code, which is only applicable to large appliance parts & accessories. It does not apply to small appliances, such as the countertop coffee machine and its related accessories.

How do I cancel my order of large appliance parts & accessories? Examples of large appliances: dishwashers, ovens and built-in coffee machines.

Please call Bosch Customer Support at 1-800-944-2904 to cancel an order. If your order has already been sent to our warehouse, it may not be possible to cancel your order. In that case, you’d follow the return process after you’ve received the order.

Please note: The cancellation process for countertop coffee machines and its related accessories is different, please see below.

How do I cancel my order of a small appliance and its related accessories? Example: a countertop coffee machine and its related accessories.

Your order cannot be cancelled if it has shipped or is being packaged for shipment.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. We will pre-authorize your credit card for the total order amount beforehand. If your order does not ship, your credit card will not be charged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards only. You can enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

How is sales tax calculated for orders?

Sales tax is charged based on the state the order is shipped to. The sales tax amount is displayed during the checkout process.
