4 big carrots
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. smoked paprika powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 nori leaf (quartered)

Instructions
Step 1
Peel the carrots and slice them into ribbons.

Step 2
Boil the carrots in salted water for about 30 seconds.

Step 3
Then rinse with cold water and dry.

Step 4
Make the marinade by combining the rice vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, smoked paprika powder, salt & pepper.

Step 5
Mix everything well!

Step 6
Now layer the carrot ribbons and nori leaves in the marinade. Stir!

Step 7
Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Step 8
Perfect on bagels with cream cheese!
