Refrigeration

  • A water connection kit is required. (included with installation service)
  • A 110V grounded, 3-prong electrical outlet is needed.
  • The water shutoff valve must be within 6 feet of the connection point.

Electric / Induction Range

  • 40 or 50 Amp power supply cord kit (included with installation service)
  • Allow a minimum of 30" (76.2 cm) between the cabinets where range is to be installed. No side clearance is required.
  • There must be a minimum clearance of 30” (762 mm) required between the top of the cooking surface to an overhead combustible surface. If installing an overhead vent or over-the-range microwave, refer to the clearances specified with those products.

Dishwashers

  • Power cord, water hose and water inlet hose are needed(included with installation service)
  • Permanent wired connect (hardwiring) must use the junction box power cord, sold as accessory kit #SMZPCJB1UC. Junction box is included when you purchase the installation service; however it is only required for hardwiring.
  • To avoid scratching the floor, have floor protection ready for when the dishwasher will be slid into the cabinet.

Room of Choice Delivery - Large Appliances

Pre-Delivery

  • The delivery location should be less than 3 flights of stairs.
  • Clear the path to the location.

Delivery Day

The carrier will deliver your appliance to your room of choice (up or down, up to two flights of stairs) within your residence. An adult must be present upon delivery.

The service includes: Delivery of your products to the room within your residence. Unpacking and removal of all packaging materials.

The service does NOT include: Installation or set up of your appliance. Haul-away of your old appliance is also not included in Room of Choice service.

  • Our professional delivery agents will call ahead before the appointment time. Someone age of 18 or older must be home to accept the delivery.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect the products for any damage. Immediately inform the delivery agents if you see any issues.
  • Do not accept a damaged product if you want to return. See Return Policy for more details.

Haul-away - Large Appliances

The service includes: Removal of the old appliance from the property.

The service does NOT include: Uninstallation and disconnection of the old appliance.

Important information:

  • Empty and disconnect any existing appliances that you want hauled away.
  • The appliance that is removed must be of the same kind as the new one.

Standard Shipping - Countertop Coffee Machines

  • Signature is required and someone age of 18 or older must be home to accept the delivery.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect the products for any damage. Immediately inform the delivery agents if you see any issues.
  • Do not accept a damaged product if you want to return. See Return Policy for more details.

Expedited Shipping - Countertop Coffee Machines

  • Second day delivery.
  • Signature is required and someone age of 18 or older must be home to accept the delivery.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect the products for any damage. Immediately inform the delivery agents if you see any issues.
