Here is a great alternative to the heavy creamy pasta we all like to indulge in from time to time: Hulk pasta. It is green and unusual in its final appearance but super tasty! If you are gluten intolerant or prefer to eat gluten free, you can use a gluten free pasta like the one we used in this video. The taste is very similar to regular pasta and it is an easy way to reduce the amount of gluten in your dish.
We are going to use spring onion, fresh mint, frozen peas, coconut cream, almond milk, plain flour, oil, parmesan and fresh asparagus for this delicious vegan and dairy free pasta recipe – perfect for lactose intolerant pasta lovers! Add all your sauce ingredients to a frying pan and cook until the asparagus is cooked. Ones the sauce is cooked and all your thickening agents have been added, use your Bosch ErgoMixx stick blender to blend your sauce. If you prefer a smooth sauce without any texture at all, you can also add your sauce to your Bosch SilentMixx blender.
Add pasta to sauce , mix and serve topped with parmesan. Enjoy!
After that, add your dairy free green Hulk sauce to your cooked pasta. Optionally, if you are not opting for a fully dairy free dish you can also add some parmesan shaving on top for additional flavour or alternatively add some fresh herbs such as coriander or vegan cheese.
