Bosch fridge

I recently bought a Bosch fridge-freezer and overall, I’m very happy with it. It’s beautiful, sleek, modern, spacious, and incredibly convenient for everyday use. The cooling is consistent, and it really makes storing fresh produce and groceries easy. That said, I do wish the doors had a soft-close feature — I often have to slam them to make sure they seal properly. The stainless steel finish also shows fingerprints very easily, which means it needs regular wiping down. Other than these small issues, the fridge-freezer works wonderfully, looks great in my kitchen, and has made life a lot easier.

Great product with exceptional after sales service

I’ve been using this blender almost daily for nearly two years, and it has never let me down—until yesterday (1 October 2025), when the blades on the smoothie maker finally gave out. My first thought was that finding a replacement would be impossible, or at the very least extremely expensive. After an extensive search and several calls to repair shops with no luck, I reluctantly decided to check the official supplier’s website. Usually, this is where the frustration begins—long processes, high costs, and endless waiting. But not this time. To my surprise, locating the exact replacement part on the Bosch website was quick and easy. Even better, the part itself cost less than the courier fees! The real highlight was that my order arrived the very next day. This is exactly how a trusted brand should operate. I’ve dealt with plenty of companies that make after-sales service a nightmare, but Bosch truly stands out as the exception. Impressed

I'm so impressed with my Bosch dishwasher. It's quite silent and has a quick 1hour function that's very handy. Packing is easy. The cutlery tray is perfect and out of the way. Most importantly, it washes everything well. My only regret is not getting one sooner

Attractive mid-range fridge freezer

The fridge freezer was chosen partly to fit a particular space in my kitchen and partly on the basis that I believe Bosch to make reliable products. I was also drawn to the offer of an extended 5 year warranty, offered by John Lewis from whom I purchased the appliance. So far I have had no problems and I am pleased with the purchase. However, when I registered the appliance with Bosch to ensure that I received the free extended warranty, their website took me through the process as if I had to pay for the extended warranty. I called John Lewis to query this and they said to go to the Bosch website through the link on their website and to choose the middle option of a free 5 year warranty. I did so, but this did not make any difference. I then called Bosch and they advised that my firdge freezer is indeed covered by a 5year warranty, but that neither they or John Lewis provide any paperwork to ocnfirm this. I found this concerning as I donly have an email from John Lewis confirming their standard 2 year warranty and I would be far more comfortable if I had something in wiriting to ocnfimr the 5 year warranty does apply. The custonmer service person that I spoke to at Bosch did give me and account number that applies to my appliance and said to make sure that I keep the receipt for the device and the 5 year warranty will definitely apply. I am also going to take this up with John Lewis, as the process of registering with Bosch and trying to obtain the 5 year warranty caused confusion and left me with nothing to confirm that I do have the extended warranty other than Bosch's verbal assirance.

washes well doesn't dry well

I'm 90% happy with the washing ability. The tray on top for cutlery is something I wish I had not got, the basket is better and if I'd known how badly this machine dries I would've paid more for the model that dries, so a little dissapointing after 25 years of having bosch
