Out-of-Warranty Repairs for Large Appliances

- Repair Charges for Bosch Technicians: You’ll be charged a $179 Call-Out Fee for the technician visit as well as a fee for diagnosis and labor. The Call-Out Fee is a one-time fee charged for the technician to visit the home. The diagnosis and labor fee covers time spent on diagnosis and repair - this fee is charged at $25 for every 6 minutes. The Call-Out Fee and the diagnosis fee are charged to receive an estimate for the repair. If a repair is completed, additional fees will be charged for parts and labor.

Booking a service visit with a Bosch technician or authorized servicer without the assistance of your service plan company may result in a repair you will be financially responsible for. Please contact your service plan company for assistance with your repair.
How to find your model number (E-Nr.)
The Model Number (E-Nr) is shown on the rating plate on your appliance. It consists of letters and numbers. The end of the Model Number shows a slash and two numbers after it. Example: SHX2AR55UC/13
