How to Brew Milk-Based Drinks (300 Series)

If you have a 300 Series countertop espresso machine, easily dispense a coffee drink with milk following the steps below.

1. Fill a large cup with approximately 3.4 oz. (100mL) of milk for a cappuccino or 5.1 oz. (150 mL) of milk for a latte macchiato.

2. Place the cup under the dispensing nozzle and slide the milk frother down into the glass.

3. Press the Coffee Bean button to set the desired strength of your coffee.

4. Press the Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato button so that the milk begins to froth.

5. Once the milk is frothed, your coffee will be brewed and dispensed into the glass.

a. Let the milk frother cool down before touching as it can get very hot.

b. Need to stop the coffee dispensing early? Press the Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato button again.

To clean your milk frother, simply place a glass of water under the dispensing nozzle, slide the milk frother in, and press the Milk button OR run your milk frother through the dishwasher. We recommend cleaning the milk frother after each use to avoid leftover milk residue.
