Enter the appliance's model number (E-Nr.) If you already know the model number, just enter the first few characters. If you don't know it, please find it on the rating plate. For smartphone users, you can upload a picture of the rating plate and our system will automatically add the model number for you. Simply click on the camera icon to take a photo or upload a photo of the rating plate. The photo should be clear and well-lit.
