
No-Bake Orange Yogurt Tart
Ingredients
1 cup crumbled shortbread
1/2 cup butter
Juice and a zest of lemon
Cinnamon powder
2 1/2 cups yogurt
14 tsp gelatin crystals
1 cup icing sugar
4 small spoons honey
Orange zest
3 cups whipped cream
3 oranges
Chopped pistachios
Utensils
Tart pan
Rolling pin
Mixing bowls (small + medium)
Whisk and spatula
Measuring cups/spoons or kitchen scale
Parchment and pie weights (or dried beans)
Oven and cooling rack
Instructions
Step 1
Ingredients: 1 cup crumbled shortbread | 1/2 cup butter | Juice and a zest of lemon | Cinnamon powder
Mix ingredients and put in spring form pan.
Place the cake base in the refrigerator to chill for 30 mins.
Step 2
Ingredients: 2.5 cups yogurt | 14 tsp gelatin crystals | 1 cup icing sugar | 4 small spoons honey | Orange zest | 3 cups whipped cream
Mix ingredients. Put the tart in the fridge overnight – at least 8 hours.
Step 3
Ingredients: 3 oranges | Chopped pistachios
Peel and slice oranges on top – top with pistachios.
Serve and enjoy!
