Ingredients

4 servings:

4 cups mashed potatoes

2 eggs

2 tbsp flour

1 cup shredded cheese

Salt

Topping:

1 cup sour cream

3 scallions

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the mashed potatoes with eggs, flour, cheese, and salt.
