
Grandma's Banana Bread by Val
Ingredients
10-12 servings:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups canola oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
2 loaf pans
2 cups mashed ripe bananas
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
You have to gear up if you're going to be baking.
Pro tip: store peeled ripened bananas flat in a bag in the freezer so you’re always ready for banana bread!
Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Step 2
Grab 3 eggs and mix egg, vanilla and oil together and combine wet with dry ingredients.

Step 3
Add pineapple, mashed bananas and nuts, and pour the mixture evenly between 2 loaf pans.

Step 4
Bake @ 350F for an hour – start checking around 50 minutes. In the meantime, pop the dishes in the dishwasher.
An hour later – you’ve got the best banana bread around! enjoy for yourself or wrap it up and deliver it to someone special.
