This vibrant, dairy-free ice cream alternative features superfoods like coconut milk, kiwi and chia seeds for a satisfying treat that you can feel good about. Want to make these popsicles look as beautiful as they are delicious? Place the kiwi slices on the sides of the popsicle molds before pouring in the coconut-chia mixture for a super treat that is both beautiful and delicious.

Ingredients

6 servings:

6 ice cream on a stick molds

2 kiwi fruits

1 1/4 cup coconut milk

5 tablespoons chia seeds

3 tablespoons agave syrup

Instructions

Step 1

Stir the coconut milk, chia seed and agave syrup together in a bowl until smooth.

Step 2

Peel the kiwis, cut them into slices and lay them into the molds.

Step 3

Pour in the coconut-chia mixture and freeze for at least five hours.
