Ingredients
6 servings:
6 ice cream on a stick molds
2 kiwi fruits
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
5 tablespoons chia seeds
3 tablespoons agave syrup
Instructions
Step 1
Stir the coconut milk, chia seed and agave syrup together in a bowl until smooth.
Step 2
Peel the kiwis, cut them into slices and lay them into the molds.
Step 3
Pour in the coconut-chia mixture and freeze for at least five hours.
