Warm up with a Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte—velvety steamed milk, a shot of rich espresso, and a caramelized brown‑sugar-cinnamon swirl that lifts every sip. Bosch-tested espresso and milk‑frothing guidance helps you get smooth texture and balanced sweetness every time, whether you’re making a morning pick-me-up or a cozy afternoon treat.

Ingredients

1 serving:

3/4 cup Lavazza coffee

1 tbsp packed brown sugar

Pinch ground cinnamon

8 oz milk (whole or plant-based)

Optional: cinnamon stick or a light dusting of nutmeg for garnish

Utensils

Bosch Espresso Machine

Mug

Pot

Whisk

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the cup, then pull the espresso: Pour a little hot water into your mug, let sit 30 seconds, then discard. Brew one shot (30–45 ml) of espresso using your Bosch machine (or make 3/4 cup strong coffee) and pour into the warmed cup.

Step 2

Sweeten and spice: Stir the brown sugar and a pinch of ground cinnamon into the hot espresso until fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness.

Step 3

Steam or froth the milk: Pour milk into the pitcher and use the steam wand or Bosch milk frother to heat to about 60–65°C (140–150°F), creating silky microfoam. If using an electric frother, heat to a similar temperature and froth until smooth.

Step 4

Combine and finish: Slowly pour the steamed milk over the espresso and sugar mixture, holding back foam with a spoon, then spoon the foam on top. Lightly dust with cinnamon, add a cinnamon stick if you like, and serve immediately.
