Cleaning Your Bosch Oven Range

Your oven is just lightly soiled and you want to clean it quickly? Just place approximately 400ml of water and a drop of washing-up liquid in the base pan and then select the Cleaning Assistance program. The environmental cleaning program softens baked-on residue so you can just wipe it down, for fast and uncomplicated oven cleaning.

While the oven bakes or roasts, the special direct coating of microfine ceramic particles on its interior walls absorbs grease and residue and breaks them down through oxidation. After the oven has cooled down, grease and food stains have to be removed only from oven floor and inner door. The direct coating also regenerates every time you heat the oven, and continues to do so for the entire service life of the appliance. To remove substantial residues, simply activate the EcoClean Direct cleaning programme.

When using the pyrolytic oven cleaning function of a Bosch pyrolyse oven you help to reduce the use of chemical cleaning agents. Just remove any loose remnants first, select the cleaning program – and the oven heats up to high temperatures and burns away grease or food residue. Once the oven has cooled down, simply remove out the remaining ash or other possible residues and you’re done.

With our new easy to clean baking trays with a special anti-stick coating we developed a tray surface, which is easy to clean, so there’s no more need of baking paper or buttering of the tray. And due to the small size they also fit perfectly into the sink or dishwasher. So you can save time for something else and leave the tray cleaning to your dishwasher – surprisingly simple.
