We have created cooktops with integrated ventilation module, so that you can design your kitchen easily and flexibly the way you want it. They combine the best of our induction cooktops and cooker hoods in just one appliance. Like our Serie 8 feature: the PerfectCook sensor and the PerfectFry sensor that help you get your favourite dishes done to perfection. Or our PerfectAir sensor that adjusts the power level of the ventilation module depending on how much power is needed. The integrated ventilation module extracts steam and odours at their source, so you can focus on the most important thing: cooking.
Boiling over is over forever.
Temperature control is essential for perfect results when cooking. A few degrees too high and the risotto burns, the milk boils over or the sausages burst in the pot. In our Serie 8 cooktops with integrated ventilation module the PerfectCook sensor monitors the temperature of the pot while you cook and automatically adjusts it, putting an end to burning, boiling over and overcooking on electric cooktops.

What could be more delicious than a perfectly done steak? For that you need a good piece of meat from the butcher, but also the right pan temperature. No matter how you like your steak, the PerfectFry sensor, available in Serie 6 and Serie 8, monitors the temperature of the pan as you fry and adjusts it as needed. Your steak is guaranteed to come out right every time.
Use pots and pans in any size and shape.
FlexInduction from Bosch gives you the maximum flexibility. On one hand you can use your Serie 8 hob like a conventional induction hob: with four separate cooking zones. On the other hand you combine them to make two large, continuous cooking zones. If they are combined very large pots and pans can be placed as well as long cookware. Thanks to the flexible combination of the cooking zones a huge variety of pots and pans can be used: very small or very large pots, squared pan as well as roasters, our grill plate and both sizes of our Teppan Yaki. The choice is yours.

With CombiInduction from Bosch in Serie 6 you enjoy the flexibility you need. You can use your hob like a conventional induction hob, e.g. with four separate cooking zones. Or you combine them to make two large, continuous cooking zones. If they are combined bigger pots and pans as well as long cookware, as roasters, our grill plate and the large Teappan Yaki can be placed easily.
User-friendly design on a bigger scale.
The 30 centimeter-long DirectSelect Premium user interface of the Serie 8 cooktops makes it extremely easy for you to control the cooktop and ventilation module. The desired temperature settings, extraction rate, and all the other functions can be selected directly with just the touch of your finger. When deactivated, the control panel is invisible, giving the cooktop a consistently elegant appearance.
Usabillity made easy.
Easy to understand, even easier to use: in Serie 6 the intuitive operation of DirectSelect lets you select cooking zones with ease and directly set the desired individual temperature levels. Also steering the ventilation levels is quite easy.
Superior in technology. Innovative in function.
A Bosch cooktop with integrated ventilation module, generates strong air velocities directly at the ventilation module and also above the cooktop. Thus, the steam is extracted directly from your pots, pans or roasters and never has a chance to rise. Even not for high pots. So the ventilation module operates much more efficiently and allows far fewer grease and odour particles into the room, protecting furniture and fabrics.
Even cleaning is easy: The stainless steel grease filters, with 12 layers each, are inside a cassette made out of heat-resistant, dishwasher proof black plastics, covered by an integrated black top layer made out of the same material. By the way: on this stripe you can place pots or pans – and use it as a handle bar to grab and easily remove the unit for cleaning. Just place the module into the dishwasher – and the filter performance is kept at its highest level.
Automatically absorbs unpleasant odours.
Are you always forgetting to switch on the cooker hood when you cook? No matter. As soon as you switch on the Serie 8 cooktop, the PerfectAir sensor automatically adapts the extraction rate based on the amount of odour and the set cooking level. At the same time, it reduces the noise level because it only activates the lowest extraction rate necessary.
Automatically starts the ventilation module.
If a cooktop with ventilation module is equipped with AutoOn function the ventilation module automatically activates the air extraction, as soon as you activate a cooking zone. AutoOn takes the ventilation module to a level 3 preset without even lifting a finger. Depending on the powerlevel the power of the ventilation mode is adapted, too.
Open in design, flexible in planning.
Our new cooktops with integrated ventilation module offer entirely new freedom for your home. For making your favourite dishes. For entertaining your guests. And for planning your kitchen - as we offer now also a cooktop with 70 cm width which can be integrated into a 60 cm wide base cabinet. Regardless of whether your kitchen is large, small, open-plan, or closed-plan or whether your cooktop is below an upper cabinet, a slanted ceiling, or a window.
