There's no need to let your kitchen fill with steam and cooking odours. Bosch venting hobs include a built-in ventilation hood in the Induction cooking surface. Steam and smells are sucked away at source by these hobs with integrated extractor, leaving the air cool and clear so you can cook more comfortably. With induction cooking, you get powerfully responsive heating that heats the pans directly rather than the entire surface, for a much more efficient heat.

One pot or several, one behind the other or side by side – with FlexInduction from Bosch the choice is all yours. You can use your cooktop like a conventional induction cooktop, e.g. with four separate cooking zones, or, at the touch of a button, combine them to make two large, continuous cooking zones. This gives you additional space on which you can place a larger cookware item, such as a roaster. But also cooking accessories as our griddle plate.

No matter how you like to eat it - rare, medium or well-done: frying meat is made simple now. PerfectFry sensor regulates temperatures continuously during frying and adjusts them precisely if needed.

MoveMode makes cooking fully intuitive and comfortable. In the past, you had to adjust the power level if you had just boiled your soup at level 9, let it cook at level 5 and now wanted to simmer it at level 1,5. Now, MoveMode does the job for you. Activating MoveMode divides the cooking zone into three different areas with pre-set power levels. All you have to do is to move the pot from the front area of the zone, where the food is boiled, to the middle, where the food is cooked, and to the back area, where it continues to simmer.

With our control elements, you have everything under control

With the TouchSelect control you can regulate the desired cooking zone easily. Simply select the power level you need. The additional functions as QuickStart and ReStart make cooking even easier.

If you ever need more space for a long piece of cookware, such as a roaster, you can combine two individual cooking zones into one large one with a combined heat level at the touch of a button with CombiZone.

 Up to 50% more power for faster heating.

Sometimes you just need a little extra boost when cooking. The improved PowerBoost function in our induction hobs adds even more power to speed up the cooking process. For example, you can now boil 2 litres of water almost 50% faster as you would on conventional glass-ceramic hobs.

If you turn off the cooktop it saves the last selected setting for a short time. If the cooktop is switched of within a short time again the former settings are still available.
