The model number (E-Nr.) is needed to identify your appliance so that we can show the correct products, documents and services fitting to your home appliance. For some services, the FD and Z-Nr. may also be requested.

You will find the model number on a sticker or rating plate attached to your appliance. In some cases the appliance data are engraved on the top or visible on top of the door or on the outer rim of the appliance.

How to find the appliance data?

Appliance data are shown on the type plate of the appliance. Please select the appliance category.
