How to clean your freezer

To clean your freezer, first please turn the appliance off. Ideally, unplug your appliance or turn it off at the fuse. This will ensure that there is no electrical current.

Remove your frozen goods and store them in a cool place. If you have ice packs, then these can be used for the duration of your cleaning the freezer. If so, pack your frozen goods into a cool bag or rest an ice pack on top of them.

Wipe the appliance with a soft cloth, lukewarm water and pH neutral cleaning product.

Please only clean the door seal using clean water and ensure it is dried thoroughly after cleaning.
