Holiday Cupcakes Recipe

Turn simple cupcakes into cute little Christmas trees-the perfect festive dessert for your next Christmas movie night.

Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1.5 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup softened butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/5 cup buttermilk
A pinch of salt
Green food coloring

Frosting
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup caster sugar
3/4 cup cream cheese
Green food coloring

1. Mix sugar & butter, then add eggs.

2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt& cinnamon in a bowl.

3. Mix everything & add buttermilk.

4. Fill the batter into the cupcake liners.

5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 305°F (circulating air).

6. Decorate with frosting, white sugar pearls & red sprinkles. Enjoy your cupcakes!
