Ingredients
4-6 servings:
8 3/4 oz strawberries
1/2 green apple
2 kiwis
1/2 mango
1/2 lemon (juice)
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter (melted)
3 tortilla wraps
Instructions
Step 1
Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, flip, and repeat on the other side.
Step 2
Cut the coated tortillas into triangles and bake at 170°C for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the fruit and place all pieces into a large bowl. Add the lemon juice to the fruit and mix to combine.
Step 4
Dip the baked cinnamon tortillas into the fruit salsa and serve.
Step 5
The refreshing combination of fresh fruits makes a great light snack and can easily double as a healthy dessert! Feel free to get creative with the ingredients and use whatever suits your taste or is local and in season!
