Series 4 VeroCafe fully automatic espresso machine

Both machines deliver delicious coffee at the touch of a button, making everyday enjoyment effortless.

Series 4 is perfect for everyday use with 6 to 8 specialties and quick one-touch controls.

Series 6 offers even more, with 25 drink options displayed on a 3.7” touchscreen to let you explore a wider range directly on the appliance.

Series 6 can also brew larger drinks with XL options up to 16.2 oz. or an entire pot of black coffee up to 25.4 oz. With a height-adjustable drip tray, fit taller cups (max 6.5”). Cleaning and descaling is made easier thanks to guided instructions and the convenient magnetic milk clip on the Series 6.

Rinsing the brewing unit every now and then keeps your coffee tasting fresh. Remove the brewing unit by opening the right side of the appliance and rinse it under running water. Do not use detergent, soap, vinegar, or acid of any kind, and keep it out of the dishwasher.

Cleaning and descaling are easy and guided with the help of light symbols. The Calc'n Clean program combines cleaning and descaling to reduce maintenance time, and the appliance will remind you when it’s needed. Many removable parts are dishwasher safe. For great taste and to help extend the appliance’s life, remove the brewing unit from time to time, rinse it under running water, and reinsert it – no need to use the dishwasher. The milk system also cleans on demand with the milk cleaning icon and takes about 1 minute.

After every milk-based drink, Series 4 automatically releases a small burst of steam to clean the milk system, removing residue before it can build up. The entire milk system, including the milk hose, can be cleaned more thoroughly at the push of a button on the touch control panel. This keeps every cup tasting fresh.

The Series 4 doesn't include an integrated milk container. Its flexible milk hose works with any container you already have at home: a carton straight from the fridge, a regular bottle or any other container of your choice.

The grind coarseness has a direct effect on the taste of your coffee, and the Series 4 gives you 6 settings to fine-tune your grind. They range from fine for light roasts to medium for a balanced flavor (default) and coarse for dark roasts. To adjust, use the rotary knob on top of the appliance.

All Series 4 models let you adjust cup size and coffee strength. On select Series 4 models (TPU51303), you can also adjust aroma and coffee-to-milk ratio. This means you can fine-tune your perfect cup exactly how you like it and save it to your profile for next time.

You don't need a filter to use the machine, but using one makes a real difference to taste. Filtered water brings out more flavor in every cup and reduces how often the machine needs descaling. Some models include a compatible filter in the box, and you can find our authentic water filter for the Series 4 in the Bosch Online Shop. (opens in a new window)
