Ingredients
8-10 servings:
1 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup softened butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
1/5 cup buttermilk
A pinch of salt
Green food coloring
Frosting:
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup caster sugar
3/4 cup cream cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar & butter, then add eggs.
Step 2
Combine flour, baking powder, salt& cinnamon in a bowl.
Step 3
Mix everything & add buttermilk.
Step 4
Fill the batter into the cupcake liners.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 305°F (circulating air).
Step 6
Decorate with frosting, white sugar pearls & red sprinkles. Enjoy your cupcakes!
