If your model has a product interface, you can also use this to access the appliance information in the basic settings. Go to Info to display your oven's technical details.

It depends on the age and the condition of your oven. Our customer service is happy to advice on whether a service repair is right for you. In most cases, a repair is recommended as it is often more cost-effective. However, this is always up to you.
If a repair isn't possible or not recommended, you will get a cashback of the call-out charge when buying a new Bosch home appliance.
Our technicians only use original spare parts. To quickly find the best solution for you, every issue is analysed by a technical team to ensure the engineer has all the fitting original spare parts needed to successfully complete the repair.
If your oven is within the manufacturer's warranty, your repair including the spare part needed will be FREE of charge, subject to our warranty terms and conditions . However, if the appliance is not covered by the warranty, some costs may apply. In this case, our customer service will offer you the best possible value for money.

Our call-out charge is 999 € <local price info> including VAT.
The call-out charge covers the engineers call-out and labour, no matter how long the repair takes to complete. Any replacement spare parts are included in the repair price / charged additionally.
