If your gas cooker is within the manufacturer's warranty, your repair including the spare part needed will be FREE of charge, subject to our warranty terms and conditions . However, if the appliance is not covered by the warranty, some costs may apply. In this case, our customer service will offer you the best possible value for money.

The call-out charge covers the engineers call-out and labour, no matter how long the repair takes to complete. Any replacement spare parts are included in the repair price / charged additionally.
