You can find everything you need to know about us on our website before you order. We also confirm the key information to you in writing after your order by email.
When you buy from us, you are agreeing that:
We ask you to review and accept our Pre-contracting Information Sheet. Before you proceed with your order, we request you to review, understand carefully and accept our Pre-contracting Information Sheet, which includes relevant data to the product of your interest, as well as to to review, understand carefully and accept our the Data Privacy Statement as regards the collection, processing, transfer and appropriation of your personal data.
We only accept orders when we have checked them. We contact you by email to acknowledge that we have received your order (the “Order Acknowledgment”). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We then contact you again by email to confirm that your order has been accepted (“Confirmation Email”). The contract between us (“Contract”) is only formed when we send you the Confirmation Email and the Post-contracting Information Notice.
Sometimes we reject orders. Sometimes we reject orders, for example, because a product is unexpectedly out of stock, because we cannot verify your age to ensure you are at least 18 years old, because you are located outside of Egypt or any of the cities or regions which we cover inside of the Arab Republic of Egypt, or because there has been an instant price change which was not immediately reflected on the website. Should this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and, within [72 working hours] refund any sums you may have already paid, as applicable. For the avoidance of any doubt, we are under no obligation in that case to make the product in question available or to offer a replacement, or to otherwise compensate you beyond reimbursemnet of sums you had already paid (if applicable).
Your delivery date will be confirmed by email. Your order is expected to be delivered within 5-7working days. Your order will be sent by the delivery date set out in the “Dispatch Confirmation” which will be sent to you by email following the Confirmation Email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
When we charge you depends on your method of payment. Payment for all products must be made by Visa, Mastercard. We will authorise your credit or debit card immediately, but will only capture the funds once we have sent you the relevant Dispatch Confirmation. Until then it may show as a pending payment on your account. The product title shall not pass to you until all contractual payments have been received in full. Until then, you shall not be entitled to sell or otherwise dispose to or give any third parties any rights to the product.
The product prices are displayed on our website. All product prices that we display will include VAT and exclude delivery and other services such as removal/recycling of your old product, unless specifically stated on our website.
We accept certain voucher codes. We may run additional promotions where a voucher code can be used at the checkout to get an extra discount. Only voucher codes appearing on our sites or sent to you directly by BSH are accepted. A voucher code must be applied at checkout and cannot be redeemed after an order is placed and accepted by BSH. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale, offer or promotion.
We pass on increases in VAT or any other applicable tax. If the rate of VAT or any other tax or duty which applies to our invoice changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we adjust the rate of VAT or the relevant tax/duty that you pay, unless you have already paid in full before the change in the rate of VAT/duty takes effect.
We are not responsible for delays or events outside our control. If our supply of your product is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. We will do what we reasonably can, but if we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will not be liable or responsible for any delays or failure to supply your order in that case. Events beyond our control may include the following:
(a) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
(b) civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
(c) fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster;
(d) impossibility of or disruption in the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
(e) impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
(f) impossibility of or delay in release of BSH shipments at Customs for reasons not attributed to BSH; and
(g) the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Your products can vary slightly from their pictures. A product’s true colour may not exactly match that shown on your device or in our marketing or its packaging may be slightly different.
Installation Not Included. The order you place for the Product covers the price for the Product and its delivery and does not include installation of the Product.
Health and Safety. The health and safety of our delivery experts is a priority and they may refuse to provide these services if it is not safe to do so.
If you do not follow our guidance and as a result we are unable to complete the services, we reserve the right not to refund any service charges that you have paid.

If you are contracting as a consumer, you have a legal right to make changes to your order.
Your legal right to make any changes to the order. You have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you paid for it before shipping, including the delivery costs. This is subject to the conditions set out below.
The deadline for modifying or cancelling your order. You have the right to amend or modify an order you placed, within 7 business days of the Confirmation Email, unless you have already received the Product, in which case amendments and modifications can no longer be made, without prejudice to your right to return the product. You have the right to cancel the within 7 business days of the Confirmation Email, unless you have already received the Dispatch Confirmation, in which case cancellation can no longer be requested, without prejudice to your right to return the product.
The deadline for cancellation due to delay. In case of a delivery delay exceeding [14 days] from the delivery date mentioned in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no date is mentioend in the Dispatch Confirmation, excedding 30 days from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, you may cancel the order and (if the Product had already been paid for) request a refund, which we will process as soon as reasonably practicable.
How to let us know. To let us know you want to change or cancel your order, contact our Customer Service Team on 15196. If you had already received the Dispatch Confirmation before informing us of the requested change or cancellation, we might not be able to stop the delivery in time. In such case, if you wish to change or cancel the order, please do not accept the delivery; otherwise, your acceptance thereof will be deemed as a revocation of your change or cancellation request, without prejudice to your right to return the product. If for any reason you fail to accept delivery of a Product without having informed us upfront of your change or cancellation request, (i) the Product shall be deemed to have been delivered; and (ii) we may, at our discretion, store the Product until you pick them up, whereupon you shall be liable for all related costs and expenses.
Returning the product within 14 days. In case you wish to return the product, you have to inform us within 14 days from the delivery date and must and return the product (and any free gifts provided with it) from the date of notifying us. You must return the Product in the same condition in which you received them, Depending on the product, we will send you a returns label for an established delivery service or arrange collection from the address on your order. Returns’ collection costs will be borne by you.

If you have received a damaged product. You must return the Product in the same condition in which you received them, including the packaging. We reserve the right not to accept returns with damaged inside packaging until further inspection and in all cases have the right not to accept any returns where there is damage to the Product due to mishandling by you. In cases where you have damaged the Product, we may refuse your refund request. We may also have a right of action against you for compensation.
When and how we refund you. We will issue the refund without undue delay, and not later than 7 working days after we have received the Product. Where possible, we refund you by the method you used for payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will bear the shipping costs related to the return of the product, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
If you are contracting as a consumer, you have legal rights:
Regarding the quality of the products, You must inspect the Product promptly upon delivery. If you consider that the Product is defective upon delivery to you please reject receving the product, we have the right to inspect the pyshical condition of the product before receiving.
When and how we refund you. In the event a damage is proven during the examination, we will refund the amount paid by you; and will, together with the refund, reimburse you for all re-shipment and delivery costs. We will issue the refund without undue delay, and not later than 7 days after we have received sent you the examination results by email confirming a Product defect. Where possible, we refund you by the method you used for payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can change products’ specifications at these terms.
Changes we can always make. We can always change a product:
a) to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements (for example, product safety); and
b) to make minor technical adjustments and improvements. These are changes that do not affect your use of the product.
Changes we can only make if we give you notice and an option to terminate. We can also make other changes to the product or these terms. If we do so before sending you the Dispatch Confirmation, we will notify you and you can then contact our Customer Service Team: [Insert Contact Info for Egypt].] within 7 days to end the contract before the change takes effect and receive a refund for any products you have paid for in advance, but not received.
We can end our contract with you.
We can end our contract with you for a product and claim any compensation due to us if:
you do not make any payment to us when it is due; or
you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the product to you.
We don't compensate you for all losses caused by us or our products.
We are responsible for direct losses which you suffer as a result of our unilateral termination or breach of this contract unless the loss is:
Caused by an unforeseeable or delaying event outside our control. As long as we have taken the steps set out in the section we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Avoidable. Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action. For example, damage to your product, which you could have avoided by correctly following the installation or user instructions.
We Warrant the Product
Warranty Conditions. We warrant that for a period -based on the warranty certificate received upon delivery- from the date mentioned on the invoice of the Product ("Warranty Period"), that such Product will be free from material defects in material and workmanship. The Confirmation Email and Dispatch Confirmation must be presented [with the warranty certificate received upon delivery] at the time of service provision. The warranty covers spare parts, repair and inspection expenses, and transfer of service center technicians (and the transfer of the product from the customer's location to the service center and back, and to the workshop, if necessary). In case the same fault occurs two times in the first year, the product will be replaced with a product of the same type and specifications and at no additional expense to you. The warranty is considered cancelled in the event of misuse or any problems occurring due installation not conforming with the installation instructions, or the use of an unauthorized service provider.
Cases Covered by the Warranty. Any Product defect or manufacturing defects in case of normal use of the Product and as per the instructions in the user manual. We shall, throughout the warranty period, repair or exchange any part of the Product’s internal components, if it is evidenced that it has a production defect.
Cases Not Covered by the Warranty. Faults or problems that arise from incidents of fire - accidents- natural disasters; Faults resulting from misuse; Faults resulting from the electricity instability or blackouts; and Faults resulting from improper transportation by you/the end-user are not covered by the warranty.
Our Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUE OR PROFIT OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAD BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT SOLD HEREUNDER.
The limitation of liability set forth in the preceeding two sub-paragraphs shall not apply to (i) liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct and (ii) death or bodily injury resulting from our acts or omissions.

Other important terms apply to our contract
We can transfer our contract with you, so that another dealer/vendor is responsible for supplying your product. We'll contact you to let you know if we plan to do this.
You cannot transfer your contract with us to someone else without our prior written consent.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.
If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
Miscellaeous
Governing Law. All matters arising out of or relating to your order or the Contract are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Jurisdiction. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to to your order or the Contract shall be resolved by the Cairo Courts.
Severability. If any term or provision of the Contract or any documents constituing the Contract including, wihtout limitation, these Terms and Conditions is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.
Survival. Provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should apply beyond their terms will remain in force after any termination or expiration of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the Liability, the Governing Law and the Jurisdiction.
