It depends on how old your appliance is and what condition it is in. Our customer service is happy to help recommend if a repair service is right for you. Often, a repair is recommended due to it being more cost-effective. However, this is always up to you.
If a repair isn't possible or not recommended you will get a cashback of the call-out charge when buying a new Bosch home appliance.
What parts are used for the repair?
Only original spare parts are used by our Bosch customer repair service.
To provide the best solution for you, every case is analysed by a technical team to make sure our engineer has all the original spare parts at hand to carry out the repair.
How much will the repair cost?
It depends. The repair will be free of charge if your appliance is still covered by the Bosch manufacturer's warranty. However, some costs may apply if your appliance is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In this instance, our customer service will help you find the best possible value for money.
Repair prices for major domestic appliances :
Our call-out charge is 999 € <local price info> including VAT.
The call-out charge covers the engineers call-out and labour, no matter how long the repair takes to complete. Any replacement spare parts are included in the repair price / charged additionally.
