The PerfectRoast function is one of the reasons why the Bosch Series 8 oven is miles ahead of its competitors. This unique feature has been designed to ensure that even the least experienced of home chefs is able to serve meat – from chicken to lamb and pork – that has been cooked to perfection. The question is, how exactly does PerfectRoast work? And is it easy to use? Here’s a step by step guide to ensure the ultimate in user-friendliness and effortless, perfect results every time.
STEP 1: Slot your meat into the oven and insert your meat probe. Close the oven.
STEP 2: Utilise the TFT display and choose the correct option relating to the type of meat that you are roasting.
STEP 3: Once you have chosen the correct program for the meat that you are roasting, you will then be required to select your preferred level of ‘doneness’ (namely, rare, medium rare, medium or well-done). Press ‘Start’.
STEP 4: The meat probe will then proceed to monitor the internal temperature of your meat as it roasts. Once the ideal internal temperature has been reached, in line with your selected preferred level of ‘doneness’, you will be notified with an audible signal.
STEP 5: It is time to take your meat out of the oven. Simply remove the meat probe and, using oven mitts, remove the meat.
STEP 6: Marvel at the delicious masterpiece which you created – and rest assured that it will taste as succulent and as tender as it looks! As you can see, using PerfectRoast is as simple as can be… and it isn’t the only Bosch Series 8 oven feature that is easy to use.
