For families with young children or allergy sufferers, an antibacterial clean can sometimes be hard to achieve. Hygiene plus guarantees you a high standard in hygienic cleaning. Activated alongside normal wash programmes, the feature increases and sustains the rinsing temperature to up to 70°C for ten minutes to remove remaining bacteria. Pre-washing your dishes by hand and putting them in the machine is not only tiring but also wastes water. Pre-treatment Option in Bosch dishwasher washes your dishes at a temperature above 50 degrees, softening the dirt and preparing the dishes for normal washing. With the help of Bosch Self Cleaning Filter*, the heavy dirt in your dishes will not stay in the filter and the performance of your dishwasher will not be affected. *Only in specific models

Activating the Extra Dry option dries your dishes extra-thoroughly by higher temperatures during the rinse cycle and a longer drying phase - with just one push of a button.

The IntensiveZone option, which can be added to many programmes, ensures a higher spraying pressure and increases the temperature in the lower basket. Heavily soiled pots and pans are cleaned optimally whilst more delicate dishes can be placed in the upper basket.

The Key To Perfect Cleaning: Bosch Self Cleaning Filter

It is recommended in the manual to clean dishwasher’s filter after each use but it may be a hassle. When Self Cleaning Filter is activated from Home Connect or from the basic settings area on the panel, it cleans itself with a small built-in nozzle after the main washing, interim washing, and rinsing stages.
