To book a repair, please have the following information ready:
- Complete Model Number (E-Nr). The Model Number should include the slash and the 2 numbers after it. Example: SHX2AR55UC/10
- Appliance purchase date
On the day of the repair, please have your appliance purchase receipt available. The technician will need this to confirm the date of purchase and the warranty period.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

- Original Bosch parts
- Repair Charges for Bosch Technicians: You’ll be charged a $159 Call-Out Fee for the technician visit as well as a fee for diagnosis and labor. The Call-Out Fee is a one-time fee charged for the technician to visit the home. The diagnosis and labor fee covers time spent on diagnosis and repair - this fee is charged at $20 for every 6 minutes. The Call-Out Fee and the diagnosis fee are charged to receive an estimate for the repair. If a repair is completed, additional fees will be charged for parts and labor.

If your appliance is no longer under the manufacturer’s warranty, and you purchased a service plan or warranty extension, please contact your service plan company.
Booking a service visit with a Bosch technician or authorized servicer without the assistance of your service plan company may result in a repair you will be financially responsible for. Please contact your service plan company for assistance with your repair.
