1. How many watts will get the job done?A 350 to 400w hand mixer is powerful enough to accomplish most common mixing, beating and kneading tasks. 4. What hand mixer speeds do I need?Having a range of speed settings to choose from provides greater control while mixing or beating. When making a cake, for example, you start off slow and as ingredients come together, you move to a higher speed. Each multi-speed hand mixer in our range has either 4 or 5 speeds, plus a turbo button. To adjust the speed, slide the speed control on the top of the handle.
