Green Collection fridge freezers
You can now reduce your environmental impact even further with our Green Collection fridge freezers. Thanks to the use of CO₂-reduced steel, aluminum, bio-based foam and plastics, the production material has a 50% smaller CO₂ footprint*** compared to standard models. This has been verified and confirmed by TÜV Rheinland. Additionally, it has a low energy consumption due to its energy efficiency class A.

Which parts of the dishwasher are made from environmentally friendly materials?
Stainless steel parts such as the inner door, the shell or the bottom of the dishwasher are made of CO₂ reduced stainless steel.
Are the parts of devices made from these environmentally friendly raw materials less durable in quality or function?
No, these parts are not lower in quality or function; you cannot see or feel the difference between Green Collection dishwashers and those of a conventional Bosch appliance.
Do I have to take special care of the environmentally friendly parts?
No, in general we recommend using gentle, environmental friendly products for cleaning.
How does the mass balance procedure work to calculate CO₂ reduction?
In production, CO₂ reduced stainless steel is mixed with conventional stainless steel, but is allocated to the Bosch Green Collection dishwashers.
