Washing machine smells

You’ve noticed a smell in the washing machine? That shouldn’t happen but can certainly occur if you wash a lot at low temperatures and use a small amount of detergent. You should therefore wash regularly at 60º C or higher and also use the correct amount of detergent, in accordance with the manufacturer and amount of laundry.

Apart from that, we recommend you use the washing machine cleaner tested by Bosch. Please also check the water outlet of your washing machine. Smells sometimes occur when water runs back into the machine. Make sure this isn’t the case in your house.
