Dishwasher not pumping properly

If your dishwasher is not pumping correctly, then proceed as follows:

1. Disconnect the dishwasher from the mains. Unplug it and, ideally, turn it off at the fuse.
2. Remove the upper and lower racks.
3. Remove the filter.
4. Remove the water, using a sponge if necessary.
5. Pry open the pump cover using a spoon. Grasp it on the bridge and lift it away diagonally towards the inside, removing it completely. Now check whether there are any foreign objects in your pump. If this is not the case, then please contact Bosch Customer Service who will be happy to assist you further.

Please also check whether an object, such as a shard, has gotten caught in the pipe.
