Dishwasher clogged

If your dishwasher is clogged and the water does not drain, first try the following steps:

1. Disconnect the dishwasher from the mains.
2. Remove the upper and lower racks.
3. Remove the filter.
4. Remove the water, using a sponge if necessary, so that you can reach the pump cover.
5. Once all the water is gone. pry open the pump cover using a spoon. Grasp it on the bridge and lift it away diagonally towards the inside, removing it completely. Now check whether there are any foreign objects in your pump. If this is not the case, then please contact Bosch Customer Service who will be happy to help you with your clogged dishwasher.
