Cleaning the washing machine

Before cleaning the drain pump in your washing machine it’s important to ensure that the power has been disconnected. Open the service flap on the machine and let the water run off from the tube. You can now unscrew the pump cover. Place a towel underneath it in case any remaining water runs out. Carefully check for foreign objects in the pump.
