This Activation is organized and promoted by BSH Home Appliances FZE a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates with Trade License No. 1805 whose registered office is at JAFZA North, Plot No Mo0523, P.O. BOX 17312, Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE ("BSH").

All Consumers to this Activation (“Consumers”) shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Activation Dates:

The Activation will commence and cease on the respective dates:

• 22 March to 22 May 2021

Redemption will be accepted for up to 7 days after the activation ceases in the respective countries.

The participating countries United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Kuwait. Entries from other locations will not be considered.

1. The consumer will be prompted to Bosch Home Appliances website: https://www.bosch-home.com/ae/stayhealthywithbosch

2. The Participants will be prompted to select their country (United Arab Emirates, Qatar, or Kuwait).

3. The Participants will be prompted to enter their full name followed by their valid email address.

4. Participants will need to upload an image of their purchase receipt/ invoice. All entries will be verified within 2-3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

5. Once validated, all qualifying entries will be issued the participants will receive 6 months online fitness subscription from WithU.

6. Entries that do not meet the entry requirements will receive an email advising that their entry did not meet the entry requirements as stipulated in point 1 above.

7. The participant will receive a confirmation email with the reward code and instructions to redeem at their reward within 30 days.

Rewards:

1. All valid reward recipients will receive one (1) “Reward” for every valid and complete entry submitted successfully on the redemption platform. Limited to 2 entries per person per household.

2. Reward/s are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.

3. Reward/s cannot be exchanged for cash or reward credit.

4. Reward is valid until 22 of June 2021 in in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Qatar.

5. This promotion is only applicable to qualifying purchases made within the stipulated promotional dates (22 March to 22 May 2021) any purchases made outside of this period will not be deemed valid and will not be eligible to receive a reward.

9. All Reward partners’ terms and conditions, as provided to the Consumer at the time that the relevant Reward is redeemed, shall also apply. The Consumer, in redeeming and utilizing the Reward, agrees to such terms and conditions.
