BOSCH ACCESSORIES & PARTS STORE DELIVERY & RETURN INFORMATION

Shipping / Delivery: 

You will receive 4 emails after placing your order: 

  • First email confirms we received your order.
  • Second email confirms we have authorized your credit card.
  • Third email confirms your order was shipped and your credit card was charged. Your order is not complete until you have received this third email.  
  • Fourth email contains the official receipt for your order. Please print a copy for your records.

Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the next business day:

  • Standard Delivery (5-7 business days): $6
  • Two-Day Delivery (2 business days): $15
  • One-Day Delivery (1 business day): $25

We use a variety of shipping companies (FedEx, USP, USPS, and Estes Ground) to deliver your order.

Returns:
RETURN OF SHIPPED MERCHANDISE - 10 DAY LIMIT:  

Open and inspect your Merchandise shipment immediately upon receipt.  

To return Merchandise damaged in shopment or an incorrect order:  

You must call BSH/Bosch to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number no later than ten (10) days after receipt of the order. Mail the Merchandise to BSH/Bosch with the RA Number written on the package. Credit will be issued approximately three (3) days after BSH/Bosch has reviewed and approved the return (credit may not show up on your credit card statement for 1-2 billing cycles).

For all other return Merchandise:   

You must call BSH/Bosch to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the order. Merchandise must be unopened in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused. You will be assessed a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking and handling charge for each returned item (based on the BSH/Bosch list price of the Merchandise). Credit will be issued approximately three (3) days after BSH/Bosch has reviewed and approved of the return (credit may not show up on your credit card statement for 1-2 billing cycles). BSH/Bosch will not accept the return of electrical parts and components.
