Terms & Conditions

• Purchased model(s) must be delivered by 31st March 2010.
• Bosch Impact Tools redemption starts on 1st April 2010.
• All redemptions must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice and redemption form (available at all participating stores)
• Any exchange or refund of goods, any free gifts have to be returned in unused condition. Otherwise BSH reserves the right to deduct cost of gift from refund price.
• Free gifts, cooking classes and vouchers are not exchangeable for other items, credit or kind, in part or full.
• BSH’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and conclusive. No correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions will be entertained.
